Combine all ingredients and cook on stove top
medium to low heat for 15-25 mins.
Add in casserole dish. cover with pastry dough.
cook at 400 degrees for 15 mins.
sprinkle with rosemary.
take out cover in foil with holes.
cook for 15 mins at 325.
lightly butter.
place back in over uncover for 7-10 mins.
