I cooked up some corn, bell peppers, and carrots in oil, garlic, and chili pepper flakes, with some diced peppers.
Then I added the marinaded hot dogs and baked at 350 for 20+ mins.

Cream Sauce: 1/4 mayo 3/4 sour cream + chili powder
For the jalapeno mustard: diced jalapenos, spicy brown mustard, regular mustard and a little
bit of hot sauce ( I used tapito)
